For the product privacyIDEA we provide the suitable support with a defined response time and with fixed costs. A support contract runs for one year. Please ask us for 24×7 support.

Please note that there are no extra costs for the number of users. You may use privacyIDEA with as many users you wish within the corresponding support level. No extra or hidden costs for the users. Only one fixed price!
